Thu, 19 June 2008 If not, just fast forward 5 minutes... Every episode of The D6 Generation starts off with a segment we call Rapid Fire. This segment, a parody of the American news show "The McLaughlin Group," is a bit loud and meant to be humorous more than informative. While many of our listeners let us know they enjoy the segment immensely, some listeners, especially those for whom English is not a first language, may find it difficult to follow. If you find the segment a bit too over the top for your taste rest assured that it is usually only 5 minutes or less. Simply fast forward your MP3 player past the 5 minute mark and you'll shortly hear us rambling on about whatever the main show topics are in our normal voices...and giving each other a chance to finish our thoughts. But we do recommend you try and tough it out should you be so bold. Regular listeners now claim "it is an acquired taste well worth acquiring."
